We have over 1200 spaces available for shoppers and visitors in our safe and secure multi storey car park. Parking is FREE for all shoppers for the first four hours of your stay if you make a purchase – simply present your car park ticket in any of our shops when you make a purchase and staff will gladly validate it for you.
If you are visiting either a restaurant (Cafe Rouge, Pond Quay, Pizza Express or Lime) or at Vue Cinema your ticket can be validated for six hours free parking to allow you to relax a little bit longer!
Only have your ticket validated once (otherwise it becomes invalid).
For stays exceeding the free period, please refer to car park tariff on site.
For Lowry Theatre visitors we have a pre-purchase facility for the cost of £5 valid between 17.00 to 01.00 hours (simply take your ticket to the car park office between 17:00 and 20:00 when you enter the car park - located in the basement car park by the Marks and Spencer escalator)

We have late night shopping every Thursday night until 8pm, so that you can visit us after you finish work or pick the kids up from school.

The Lowry Outlet Mall offers easy access for disabled visitors. Parking bays are available on every floor of our car park and all floors of the car park and the shopping centre have lift access.
We also offer a free wheelchair service with a number of manual chairs available at both the Customer Relations Desk and the car park office. A small deposit (returnable) is required.

The Lowry Outlet Mall is pleased to now offer the use of battery-operated scooters, available for free hire from the car park office (basement car park).
Booking is advisable - 0161 848 1860 - and 2 forms of identification are required, one with current address visable, blue badges, driving licence or similar are acceptable.
*Please note that car keys will be retained as security during the hire period*

Parent and Baby Changing Rooms
Located in our public toilets on the Upper Mall accessible by lift and escalator. Rooms provide changing facilities, plus toilet and washroom.
Kiddy Cabs
Our kiddy cab service is located at the information desk and offers a range of bright and colourful cabs for toddlers and young children to ride in whilst shopping in the centre.
The cabs are £2 per hire (a £10 deposit is required which is returned at the end of the hire) and can be used anywhere in the centre and in the plaza cafes and restaurants.
Bottle Warming
The food court is equipped with a bottle warming area where parents can heat bottle or jars of baby food quickly and easily. Many of our cafés and restaurants, including Burger King, Subway and Harry Ramsden’s, also offer children’s meals for young visitors to the centre.
